Fallin Takacs
Medical Director
Dr. Takacs is a Jacksonville native having attended Terry Parker High School, then University of North Florida (Go Ospreys!) for her undergraduate degree. She went overseas to London for veterinary school and graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2013. She is passionate about pet care and has worked in general practice, feline-only practice and emergency practice in both North and Central Florida since graduating. She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and feline medicine. Her hobbies include listening to audiobooks, working on home DIY projects, crocheting, playing video games and gardening. She has 3 cats- Lily, Loki and Rufio as well as 3 dogs- Charlie Brown, Rosie and Ozzy Pawsborne who keep her busy at home.

Jackie
With a background as a manager and veterinary technician, Jackie believes that caring for pets is about much more than treating an illness or injury—it is about caring for the people who love them and creating an experience where both pets and their families feel seen, supported, and cared for. For her, some of life’s greatest joys come from creating something meaningful, helping others, and finding beauty in the process. Jackie believes that some of the most meaningful connections we make happen through the relationships we share with both people and animals. She believes that every connection, whether lifelong or lasting only a moment, leaves a beautiful and lasting impression. Much like footprints and impressions left in the sand, the moments we share with one another may eventually fade from view, but the beauty of having been there—and having touched another life—remains.
Kristen
I’ve been a technician since 2009. I consider myself to be a cat specialist and have 4 cat babies at home, including a very special girl that is paralyzed. She rules the house alongside me.
Jessie
I’ve been working with animals for most of my life and have always had a passion for their care and well-being. I currently have four cats and one dog, so I’m no stranger to a little chaos! I enjoy working in fast-paced, high-stress environments and take pride in staying calm, dependable, and focused – even when my knees have other plans.
Gracen
Gracen is a veterinary technician with three years of experience and a passion for providing compassionate care to every patient. She especially enjoys emergency and critical care and is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. Gracen loves helping pets feel comfortable and supporting their families through every step of their care.
